T&C apply. The complimentary ticket offer is limited to the first 100 eligible customers who pre-book an onsite BYD test drive through this page before the event. One complimentary ticket will be provided per eligible customer, valued at up to $60 and subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complimentary ticket details will begin to be issued to eligible customers via email from 15 September 2026. Customers must follow the instructions provided in the email to redeem their complimentary ticket before attending the event. Customers are responsible for completing the redemption process, providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, including junk or spam folders.
Onsite test drives are scheduled in 15-minute time slots and are subject to vehicle and time-slot availability. Customers must check in at least 5 minutes before their booked test-drive time. Customers who arrive more than 5 minutes after their booked time will forfeit their test-drive slot and will not be able to proceed with the scheduled test drive.
A valid driver licence must be presented at check-in, and all customers must comply with applicable event and test-drive requirements.
BYD Harmony Auto reserves the right to revoke, cancel or invalidate any ticket or promotional benefit where it reasonably believes that the recipient has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the promotion, duplicate claims, resale or any other conduct inconsistent with the purpose or terms of the promotion.
